This Privacy Policy explains what information VividPix Technologies ("VividPix", "we", "us") collects through the VividPix application and website, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the platform or service, you consent to the practices described here.
02 Information We Collect
When you register on our platform, we may collect personal information such as your name, email address, location and phone number. Our platform may also request access to your location, notifications and camera. This data is required for the platform to work well and to provide a better user experience.
You acknowledge and agree to receive important updates from VividPix via phone or email. By using the platform or service, you consent to the collection, storage and use of the personal information you provide for the services we offer, including any changes or updates you provide.
03 How Your Information Is Used
We may use the information you provide to:
- Enforce our Terms of Use, monitor user activity (such as keyword searches or new postings) and manage traffic on the platform more effectively;
- Provide customer service, create and manage user accounts;
- Assist you with technical difficulties; and
- Improve our service and user experience.
We may block users located in certain countries from using the platform. We may retain such information for as long as required to fulfil our business objectives, even after your account is terminated, subject to applicable law.
04 Protecting Your Personal Information
You are a valued user, and we take reasonable steps to safeguard your personal information. Always remember to log off when using a shared device. However, as with most electronic transactions, no method is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
You acknowledge and agree that we assume no liability for the theft, loss, alteration or misuse of personal or other information or content, including information provided to third parties or other users, or for the failure of a third party to abide by its agreement with us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all uses of your account, whether or not authorised.
05 Accessing & Modifying Your Information
You may access, remove, review and make changes to the personal information you have provided via the My Profile section. We may send you legally required notifications and certain service-related notices — for example, notices regarding server problems or scheduled maintenance. To opt out of these notices you may need to deactivate your account. We will not change your communication preferences without your consent. You cannot opt out of transactional communications related to your account.
06 Disclosures
On rare occasions we may be required to disclose your personal information due to legal or regulatory requirements, including to comply with court orders, warrants, subpoenas, service-of-process requirements or discovery requests.
We may also disclose information to law-enforcement officers or others in the good-faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms or this Privacy Policy; respond to claims that content violates third-party rights; protect the rights, property or personal safety of VividPix, our users or the public; or where we are notified of criminal activity conducted via the platform. We may not inform you prior to or after such disclosures.
If substantially all of our assets are sold or merged into another company, the acquiring company will be given access to your personal information. If we sell only part of our business, the acquiring entity will have access to your personal information and we may send you a notice regarding the sale.
07 Children's Privacy

08 Notification of Changes

Any disputes regarding your privacy are subject to these Terms, including provisions related to indemnification, limitations on damages and the choice of law and forum described in our Terms of Use.
