01 Acceptance

VividPix is a content aggregation platform used to create, collate and push digital content to specific LED signage displays. The platform and service are available to you only under the terms and conditions outlined in this document and the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.

By downloading, accessing or using the VividPix application or any related service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

02 Description of Service & Content Policy

VividPix is a content aggregation platform that helps businesses, institutions and event-management teams showcase or advertise their products, services and promotions through specific LED signage displays.

Display content posted through this app is solely the user's responsibility and is not certified or verified by VividPix. VividPix does not control and is not responsible for the business information shown on a signage display device. You acknowledge and agree to use the platform wisely and that you are solely responsible for the content posted, linked or published, and for any loss or damage incurred in any way via the platform.

VividPix has the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any item or block a user from the platform without prior notice. Any license or regulation imposed by law for the items or services you list remains your sole responsibility. Approval to list your item on our platform does not empower you to bypass or violate state law or required regulations in any aspect.

03 Conduct

VividPix strives to keep the platform safe, clean and easy to use. Users may not post any of the following items, services or related categories in any manner:

• Illegal services or products that violate the law or regulation of the country where the LED signage board is installed.
• Any content that promotes discrimination against a person, a group of people, a religion or a nation. VividPix does not support discrimination of any kind.
• Hate speech or religiously inflammatory posts.

04 Access to the Service

VividPix grants registered users access to our services. This grant does not include (a) access to or use of the Service by posting agents; or (b) any collection, aggregation, copying, duplication, display or derivative use of the Service, nor any use of data mining, robots, spiders or similar data-gathering and extraction tools for any purpose, unless expressly permitted by VividPix or as otherwise set forth in these Terms.

05 App Permissions

The VividPix Android application requests the following device permissions. We request only what is needed to deliver the service, and you may revoke any permission at any time in your device settings (some features may stop working as a result):

• Camera — to capture photos you choose to display on your signage. Images are uploaded only when you add them to a display.
• Location — to associate displays with their physical install location and improve recommendations. [REVIEW: confirm whether precise or approximate location is used, and whether it is collected in the background.]
• Notifications — to alert you about display status, scheduled content and account or service updates.
• Storage / Photos — to let you select images and GIFs from your device to push to a display.

We do not sell device-permission data. See our Privacy Policy for how collected data is stored and used.

06 Intellectual Property Rights

You acknowledge and agree not to reuse the content in VividPix — including the logo, design, UI and interactive features — which are owned by the company and protected by copyright under applicable Indian and foreign laws and international trademark regulations.

You shall not intervene in or reverse-engineer the features provided by VividPix or third parties on this platform. VividPix does not grant permission to duplicate, reproduce, copy or resell any of our services for any commercial purpose in any aspect.

07 No-Spam Policy

You agree not to send email advertisements or any commercial or personal content to VividPix or to other users whose information is gathered via our platform. Any such emails, calls or communications are prohibited under these Terms. Communication with other users via our platform is allowed only as permitted by these Terms.

08 Dealings With Sellers or Buyers

You acknowledge and agree that VividPix is not responsible for any interactions between you and potential buyers of your products or services. Our platform, employees and agents are not obliged to interfere in any dispute between users that arises due to misbehaviour, damage, poor quality of sold items or any similar claims.

VividPix shall not be liable for any loss, damage, incident or consequence, whether direct or indirect, arising from the interruption, suspension, modification, misuse or termination of the platform.

09 Limitation & Termination of Service

You acknowledge that the details you register on our platform are genuine and true. VividPix Technologies retains sole discretion and the right to delete, block or deactivate any user, email or IP address without prior notice. 10 Violation of Terms

Please report any violations of these Terms that you become aware of by contacting us via the contact form on our website or by email. Any failure to act by VividPix with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.

11 Account & Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. To do so, use the "Delete my account" option in the app under My Profile, or email us with the subject line "Delete my account". We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

[REVIEW: ensure an in-app account-deletion path exists — Google Play requires this for apps with account creation. Confirm the exact retention window with counsel.]

12 Governing Law & Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

We reserve the right to change these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. We may notify you of material changes; please note the "last updated" date at the top of this page to identify whether the Terms have changed recently. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
